Research instruments is a solution provider for your research and other needs. We employ a 5 phase process in order to meet those needs:
| 1. Consultation The customer presents the problem. We discuss various possibilities with the customer and agree upon the best solution. |

| 2. Design We design the solution, checking back with the customer as needed for changes and design issues. |

| 3. Construction We build the solution as per design. |

| 4. Testing In the testing phase, we ensure that the product performs as expected. We consult the customer as necessary to ensure that the product fits his or her needs. |

| 5. Delivery We provide the finished product to the customer. |

| After delivery, our job is not complete. We offer service and changes for the products that we design. So if it turns out that your needs change or the product doesn't behave exactly as you would like it, we would be happy to make modifications and repairs as necessary. | |
