The "Five Minute Look"

Approximately 10% of the equipment brought in to us for repair requires a very minor fix.  It may be a fuse or simply that the operation of the equipment is not fully understood. Ask us for our "Five Minute Look," and we will spend about 5 minutes when you bring in the equipment to see the problem is a minor one. If so, you can be on your way 'back to the lab' within minutes.
