Faculty & Staff Participation

Faculty and Staff Participation in outreach activities can take many different forms, depending on the interest and time commitment desired. Involvement ranges from presentations of interactive activities at community events, to supervision of high school students in a research lab, to directing a children's summer camp. Assistance is also available with funding for outreach events, and proposing or executing activities for the broader impact section of grant proposals. Student Participation

We know we have a wealth of undergraduate and graduate student talent and energy at Penn State just waiting to be discovered! Students that get involved in outreach gain a valuable educational experience while at the same time having a great time. Community Participation

We want to share our enthusiasm for chemistry with everyone in our community. Collaborations can range from Cub Scout tours to school field trips to attendance at our community events. Let us know how you would like to work together!
