IT Help Desk
Who We Support
The Department of Chemistry's IT Group supports members of the Chemistry Department and assists or collaborates with the Eberly College of Science.
How to request support
IT help requests can be made through our helpdesk, by phone, walk-ins or email. We also have a Call Center attendant for an after hours window. The attendant will log a helpdesk ticket for you after hours or during the day if we are on the helpdesk phone or away from the helpdesk line.
