All graduate students are required to enroll for 1 credit of CHEM 500, Seminar in Chemistry, during each semester of their first and second years in residency. This requirement contains three components: reports, proposal, and seminar.

A grade of 3.0 (B) or better is required on the cumulative total of 4 credits for CHEM 500.

For students entering Fall 2009:

First Year: Chemistry 500 reports
Second Year: Chemistry 500 proposal and Chemistry 500 seminar

Students having started the program earlier should refer to previous guidelines.
