Network and software support.
The staff in this unit are responsible for maintaining the college's computer network as well as software applications that support research, teaching and administrative activities. This group can assist with e-mail, connectivity issues, installations of new software, troubleshooting computer problems, and advice on purchasing new hardware and software.
